The victim was asked to isolate from osteopathic manipulation classes to which he vehemently resisted. It was part of his education and having sex years ago shouldn’t preclude him from learning.

The first notice of hearing. The school refused to offer any documents other than a notice specifying the date the victim must appear. He was told he’d have the complaints presented to him two days before he was to appear.

Two minutes before the hearing, the student wasn’t informed that the meeting was cancelled. The complaints were still not sent out.

The hearing notice was finally sent in April specifying what the complaints were. There were no lawyers or mentors mentioned.
